Audience members asked questions about fire behavior, reporting code compliance issues, home and fire insurance, and high fire hazard safety zones. Those in attendance were able to receive free smoke detectors, with about 30 given away. Attendees were particularly fascinated by the maps comparing the year-to-year vegetation management in Rose Canyon. Due to the positive response, another community information session and giveaway is planned for later in the year.
