The City Council will vote on Tuesday, July 30, on whether to approve the University Community Plan Update. The Plan will set the course of growth for our community for the next 25 years including the amount and density of residential and commercial development allowed, parks and rec centers and other public facilities, streets and bike and pedestrian infrastructure, school locations, setbacks for new tall buildings built next to existing residential and open space sites, and much more.
If you haven’t already done so, you can submit a written comment today, Monday, July 29. If you miss today’s opportunity, you can attend the Tuesday meeting either in-person or virtually.
