Nancy Graham, AICP, Supervising Project Manager: Please join the City of San Diego Planning Department for a virtual meeting of the University Community Plan Update Subcommittee on Tuesday, June 21st from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. We will be discussing community benefit incentives for the community plan. City Staff will provide an overview of community benefit incentive programs. Meeting attendees will then be asked to discuss potential community benefit incentives for inclusion in the University Community Plan area in small groups (via Zoom Breakout Rooms) and then report back.
