From the City of San Diego and the County Health and Human Services Agency: Effective Sunday, December 6, 2020 at 11:59 p.m., all persons in San Diego are to remain in their homes or at their place of residence, except for employees or customers traveling to and from essential businesses or a State authorized sector as defined in sections 10 and 11 of the Stay at Home Order or to participate in individual or family outdoor activity as allowed by this Order. The San Diego Regional Stay Home Order prohibits gatherings of any size and closes operations in multiple sectors, including restaurants, bars, wineries and personal services. Essential businesses such as supermarkets, grocery stores, laundromats and pharmacies will remain open.
