It’s already Fall and there’s a chill in the air. You may have missed the Casper movie at Doyle and EdUCate’s Oktoberfest, but you and your kiddos will love the Halloween Carnivals at two of our local University City community parks. You and your family and friends won’t want to miss the free fun at our University City parks in October. Activities include face painting, arts & crafts, bounce house/jumper , games, treats, a costume contest and parade, and lots of fun.
