The two primary findings:
- Finding 1: The City Should Provide Additional Oversight, Guidance, and Training to Community Planning Groups to Ensure that they are Transparent and Comply with Council Policy 600-24 and the Brown Act (see page 12)
- Finding 2: Lack of Transparency and Oversight of The Community Planning Groups Development Review Process Has Led to Some Confusion Over Their Role and Has Made It Difficult to Analyze Their Performance and Influence (see page 32)
