If you want to vote in the June 7 Presidential Primary Election, but your tight schedule won’t allow you to visit your polling place Tuesday, take advantage of weekend voting hours at the Registrar of Voters office.
“We know people are busy and voting on Election Day Tuesday may not be convenient,” said San Diego County Registrar of Voters Michael Vu. “Weekend voting gives voters yet another option to cast their ballots or drop off their vote-by-mail ballots.”
The office will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM on Saturday, June 4 and Sunday, June 5 for weekend voting at 5600 Overland Ave., San Diego, 92123.
The office will also take calls during that same time period at 858-565-5800. Voters can also drop off their mail ballots outside the Registrar’s office from 8 AM to 5 PM this weekend or on Monday, June 6. On Election Day, the drop-off hours will be from 7 AM to 8 PM.
If voters prefer to visit their designated polling place Tuesday but need information on where it’s located, they can look it up on http://www.sdvote.com/by entering their address. Vote-by-mail ballots can be dropped off at any county polling place on Tuesday.
