The Community Planners Committee (CPC) will meet on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025, from 6:15 to 8:30 p.m., in Clairemont at 4425 Bannock Avenue. This meeting will be in-person with a Zoom option.

ITEM #4 – 6:35 – MOBILITY MASTER PLAN (INFORMATION ITEM) – Phil Trom will present the a revised draft of the Mobility Master Plan, which combines community, mode, and objective-specific planning into one comprehensive document to prioritize mobility projects and to identify programs that will have the largest benefit in our communities and on the environment. The Plan will be presented to the ATI committee in early 2025.
ITEM #5 – 7:10 – REQUEST FOR BUILDING MORATORIUM IN VHFHSZ ZONE (ACTION ITEM) – Paul Coogan will present to request the City halt permits and building in VHFHSZ Zones until the City upgrades infrastructure and building codes to meet the increased wildfire threat.
ITEM #6 – 8:10 – AD HOC COMMITTEE TO STRENGTH CPGs COMMUNICATIONS AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH (ACTION ITEM) – Bob Link from the Downtown CPG is requesting to form an Ad Hoc committee to specifically address how CPGs can improve their communication and outreach in their communities.
