🥎Softball Sunday, March 5, at UCSD Softball Field at 1 PM: It’s Tritons versus Boston College and UC Del Sol College Day. From UC Del Sol League President Perry Peters: Sunday, March 5th, will be UC Del Sol College Day at UC-San Diego. Like last year, UCSD will be honoring our league by naming their game against Boston College “UC Del Sol Day”. The game starts at 1:00 pm at the UCSD Softball stadium and admission is free to all and the public is invited to attend. Some of our players will get the opportunity to throw out the first pitch, be the bat girl for two innings and be the PA Announcer for a half inning. Additionally, there will be 15 spots for our girls to be part of the starting line-up announcements at the game. One UC Del Sol girl will pair up with each UCSD player when they are announced and get to run out onto the field. All in all, it’s an exciting day as our UC Del Sol league will pack the stadium and make fun day out of it. Come on out and cheer on the UCSD Tritons.
