If you live in the University City area of Governor Drive east of Genesee, then you probably already know that construction as resumed in the area of the former Town Park villas Golf Course on Gullstrand south of Governor to demolish the old 1960s buildings on the east side an Gullstrand and to build new two and three story apartments similar to what exists today on Governor and Gullstrand.
Construction has resumed at the Avia La Jolla project of Gullstrand St south of Governor. There is an active “Grading and Right of Way Permit for public improvements and grading for a multi family housing development.
