From UCCA – Labor Day Cool Zones and City Services: Due to extreme higher temperatures forecast over the Labor Day weekend, the air conditioned Nobel Recreation Center in University City on Judicial and Nobel (8810 Judicial Dr, San Diego, CA 92122, behind the North University Community Library) will be open on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 5 from noon to 5 p.m. Free Wi-Fi is available and service animals will be allowed entry.
