From UCPG Chair Chris Nielsen: The University Community Planning Group will hold board elections at its March 2022 meeting. The current board has approved a plan for elections, set for March 8, similar to the procedure used last year, but we will change the ballot drop off location from Alexandria Campus Pointe to the North and South University City Libraries. In person voting will still be outside the Alexandria location, per the bylaws.

The February 8, 2022, UCPG meeting is the deadline for becoming a voting member of the UCPG and for declaring candidacy for one of the UCPG board seats. February 8 meeting information available at https://www.universitycitynews.org/2022/02/03/feb-8-2022-meeting-ucpg-releases-february-agenda-with-march-election-adu-dif-dba-cpg-hearings-information/

There are four residential seats and six business seats available in the March election. Your UCPG membership does not expire.
