DATE OF NOTICE: March 4, 2021, NOTICE OF APPLICATION, DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT: An application has been filed with the City of San Diego for a Process 4 Tentative Map and Site Development Permit for demolition of an existing residence at 6705 Robbins Way and subdividing the lot into four separate lots to construct a two-story, single family residence with attached garage on each lot. Lot 1 includes a 2,818 square-foot unit, Lot 2 a 3,372 square-foot unit, Lot 3 a 4,127 square-foot unit, and Lot 4 a 4,187 square-foot unit. The 1.62-acre site is in the RS1-7 Zone within the University Community Plan area, and Council District 1.
