From Planning Group chair Chris Nielsen: A subcommittee for the review of Seritage’s Community Plan Amendment initiation will be held February 24, 2021, by Zoom, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Topics will be an overview of the Community Plan Amendment Initiation process, expectations by Seritage and subcommittee, discussion of the site and adjacent uses. analysis and discussion of constraints and opportunities, feedback from the community, and discussion of next steps.
