Many neighborhood events have been cancelled. The library and recreation center are closed. University City Community Association (UCCA) does not host a public meeting or publish a print newsletter in August. How can we stay connected to friends and neighbors during the long days of August and COVID-19 restrictions? One way is to use technology to connect with neighbors and friends. From Facebook to Nextdoor to Twitter and Zoom, from YouTube to Email to Text Messages, there are plenty of options are available. There are many fun ways to utilize this technology. If you’re not sure how to use these different tools, Google “how to use ________” for information.
