Courtesy of Barbara Gellman, Neighborhood Watch Coordinator for University City: This response after my email to Captain Matt Novak, Northern Division, asking for reassurance for our community.
Hi Barbara,
Please reassure the community that we are keeping track of all protests and threats to the public. We have additional  officers working around the clock in Northern Division and throughout the rest the city that can respond and handle any situation that might come up. I can assure you that the city and northern division have the resources in place to protect the community.
