It doesn’t really matter what the ‘official’ calendar says. At our local parks and recreation centers, Spring begins on March 1, 2020. And at Swanson Memorial Pool, Spring started back on February 10. The Recreation Centers and Swanson Pool have issued their Spring Programs. And program registration is now open.
