Attn: Community and Civic Groups – want to share your message at the 4th of July University City Celebration?

Hi UC neighbors, we have an interesting phenomenon this year … it looks as though there will be more community and civic groups hosting information booths at the UC Celebration on July 4 at Standley Park than ever before. If your group is interested in sharing your message with University City neighbors, now is the time to register for a booth. Go to the UC Celebration page at https://uccelebration.com/ and click on the “Get a Booth” button.

PS – Groups which complete the application form and return their payment by the end of the day on Wednesday, June 19, will be highlighted in the July University City News newsletter in a special feature on the UC Celebration. If you have any questions, please contact our editor and booth coordinator Jemma Samala at jemmasamala@gmail.com. Details are on the booth application form available at https://uccelebration.com/

PPS – The 4th of July UC Celebration is a fundraiser sponsored by the Standley Park Recreation Council (SPRC), a 501c3 not-for-profit; any proceeds help to offset the costs of the Summer Concerts and other events at Standley Park, 3585 Governor Drive.

– Submitted by Diane Ahern, UC Celebration committee member.
