Deadline for public comment is Tuesday, January 30. From the City of San Diego:

The Utilities Undergrounding Program draft master plan is available for public review and comment through January 30, 2018. The goals are to increase efficiency, increase coordination, and increase transparency to deliver projects.

Improvements to the plan include refined project areas, updated project costs, integration of San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) electrical circuitry data, descriptive project names and GIS methods for analyzing priority, and logical sequencing of projects. Another improvement is planning new projects on a five-year horizon as detailed in the accompanying Five-Year Implementation Plan.
