UCCA welcomes Kachkovsky & Fisher (K&F), an independent fee-only registered investment advisory (RIA) firm, to the University City community. Founded on a friendship that began two decades ago, their mission is to help clients feel confident in pursuing goals while enjoying life along the way. K&F is an independent fee-only registered investment advisory (RIA) firm. Its advisors serve as fiduciaries and are held to the highest standard of responsibility by law and recommend investments based solely on clients’ best interest.

The Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professionals specialize in helping individuals and families coordinate the different aspects of their financial lives and act as long-term stewards of their assets through comprehensive financial planning, sophisticated wealth management and strategic legacy planning. K&F has offices in San Diego, California, in Phoenix, Arizona, and in Evergreen, Colorado. The firm’s founding partner Garry Kachkovsky spent his first ten years of life in Russia. In 1985, he and his family immigrated to Chicago, where he completed his education and received a bachelor’s degree from Illinois Wesleyan University in Economics and Russian.

Garry and his wife Emily and their two young daughters recently moved to University City. The UC community serves as the hub of their office, kid’s schools and home. Garry’s volunteer interests have included coaching a boys’ after school basketball team, being a big brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Arizona, helping build homes for Habitat for Humanity and very recently joining the La Jolla Golden Triangle Rotary Club. Give Garry a call at 858-450-9711 or email at garry@kachkovskyandfisher.com
