UCCA SPECIAL NOTICE: BYLAWS RECOMMENDED CHANGES

From Barry Bernstein, UCCA President: The University City Community Association (UCCA), in compliance with its current by-laws, will be recommending and voting on a number of changes to its by-laws at its next regularly scheduled meeting on November 8.

This notice today, October 25, 2017, serves as the required 14 day minimum advance notification to the public of an approval voting date, November 8, 2017, at the UCCA meeting at 6 PM, at the University Community Library, 4155 Governor Drive. This meeting is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.

By-laws changes require a 2/3 vote of the Executive Board.

The existing bylaws are posted on the About Us page at https://www.universitycitynews.org/ucca-about-us/. The recommended changes are available at UCCA Bylaws October 2017.  The recommended changes appear in red using the Track Changes software.
