The County of San Diego and its partners will provide free blood pressure screenings to the public at select sites throughout the county and Mexico. The goal is to activate residents to “know their numbers” and take charge of their own heart health. For heart screening info, go to www.livewellsd.org/content/livewell/home/love-your-heart
