Start the new year off right with this 6-week program (Fridays at 1pm beginning January 13).
Instructor Callie Brust of the Jacobs & Cushman Food Bank will show you how to eat healthy on a budget, how to fit more fruits and vegetables into your diet and how to fit exercise in at home.
This program is geared toward older adults, but any adult who struggles to eat a healthy and balanced diet will find this program helpful.
