There has been a change in the start time of this committee meeting.
The new start time is 1 PM (not 2 PM), on Wednesday, November 16, at 202 C Street, 12th Floor, downtown San Diego.
One of the agenda items is the proposed University Community Plan amendment to remove the Regents Road Bridge and widening of Genesee Avenue projects.
The earlier start time will allow ample time to accommodate public comments.
