Too hot? Don’t have air conditioning? The University Community Branch Library is a cooling zone and Thursday, September 29, will be the start of the Friends next giant book sale.
We’ll be open from 1:00 – 5:30 on Thursday and during regular library hours on Friday and Saturday.
And, if you’re walking to EdUCate’s Oktoberfest at Standley Park on Saturday, stop by the Library, cool off, buy a book, and help support the funding of library programs, and the purchase of books and equipment.
The Friends are all volunteers and all the money raised stays right in this library.
As always, we’ll have thousands of books and media, many new since our sale in June. You won’t be disappointed!
Remember, we’ll be in the community room at the Library, 4155 Governor Drive.
