Live Well San Diego squareLive Well San Diego is the County of San Diego’s vision for a region that is Building Better Health, Living Safely and Thriving.

University City Community Association (UCCA) is proud to be recognized as a Live Well San Diego partner for the work our board and volunteers are doing to support the Live Well vision.

  • Building Better Health calls for improving the health of all residents and supporting healthy choices.
  • Living Safely calls for ensuring residents are protected from crime and abuse, neighborhoods are safe and communities are resilient to disasters and emergencies.
  • Thriving calls for cultivating opportunities for all people and communities to grow, connect, and enjoy the highest quality of life.

County Supervisor Dave Roberts will present the Live Well San Diego proclamation to UCCA during the Summer Concert intermission on July 31, 2016, as part of UCCA’s Volunteer Recognition event.

All UCCA board members, Neighborhood Watch street captains and newsletter delivery volunteers, as well as all University City residents, are urged to attend to share in this recognition.
