Union TribuneThe jump from two candidates to five increases the odds of a November runoff in the battle to represent La Jolla and other north coastal communities, which analysts say could help Democrats retain their 5-4 majority on the council.

Announced candidates include:

  • Barbara Bry
  • Ray Ellis
  • Kyle Heiskala
  • Bruce Lightner
  • Louis Rodolico
