Excerpt: The Development Services Department Staff will make a decision to approve, conditionally approve, modify or deny an application for a Site Development Permit (CIP-2) to construct a new three story 12,347 square foot fire station that would include a three apparatus bay, a retaining walls and security fence within Environmentally Sensitive Lands (biological resources).

The project is located on a portion of City owned property (APN 345-011-24-00) and would be placed closest to Nobel Drive and Shoreline Drive, within the RS-1-14 zone, Multi-Habitat Planning Area, FAA-Miramar, and Council District 1.
