Attached is the form for written comments which was distributed at the December 16, 2015, EIR* (environmental impact report) public scoping meeting.
*This EIR analyzes the impacts related to
– (1) removing the Genesee Avenue widening project; and
– (2) removing the Regents Road Bridge project from the University Community Plan (UCP) Transportation Element; and
