As they did in 2013, Our City once again set out to determine the best neighborhoods for families with children. They targeted 16 factors and broke them into five main categories: schools, crime and safety, access to youth facilities, moral cleanliness and health.
Spoiler Alert! University City ranked in the top 10 …. Again!
