2nd Annual Newman Gala at OMC benefits those in need

Brook Feerick, long time UC volunteer, is currently planning UCSD Newman Center’s 2nd annual Newman Gala.

imageThe gala is a fundraiser for over 800 students, 100 plus young adults and grad students, and a vital resident community.

These brainy UCSD students are also full of social justice. They are involved with outreach to the homeless, the immigrant population, and all those in need.

This year’s gala will be held at Our Mother of Confidence Church hall on Saturday, November 7 starting at 6:30 PM. In an ecumenical spirit, the whole community is invited to attend the dinner, auctions, and entertainment.

Adult tickets are $75 each and student tickets are $50. If you have BIG WOW items for the auction, contact Brook at bfeerickrn@gmail.com.
