Driving up and down Genesee it is clearly evident that the University City area has become a neighborhood construction zone. The University City Planning Group (UCPG) Active Project List currently includes 15 public projects, 20 private projects, and 3 potential projects, including a possible expansion of the Costa Verde Center.

9/5/2015 addendum: The first day of school is Tuesday, September 8, and two construction projects, one on Genesee and the other on Governor, will affect those walking and driving around several University City schools.
