On Saturday 8/8/15, University City United Church (UCUC) and San Diego Blood Bank Blood Drive will host a blood drive at the Sprouts/Starbucks Marketplace on Governor Drive from 8am – 1:30pm.
Look for the Bloodmobile in the center of the parking lot. If you know you’re coming, you can sign up at www.mysdbb.org. Spontaneous Blood Donors and Blood Buddies are always welcome, too.
According to the final tally, the 4/11/15 UCUC San Diego Blood Bank Blood Drive at the Sprouts/Starbucks Marketplace had 41 Donations, the 1/24/15 one had 43 Donations, and the 11/15/15 one had 31 Donations. This is, in technical terms, WAY BETTER than any average Bloodmobile, so THANK YOU!
And if you register ahead of time at www.mysdbb.org, it helps the Blood Bank know how many Blood Donors to expect, and how many Blood Staff to send with the Bloodmobile to smooth things along.
