It is always a good sign when the audience outnumbers the speakers at a meeting. On June 4, there was a 6-1 ratio at the University City Library. The topic was street safety, and the audience was seeking advice from City of San Diego experts in traffic and congestion. These folks don’t make policy, but they perform operational work.
